不规则变化：
(1) a → e 如 man→men, Englishman→Englishmen, Frenchman→Frenchmen, woman→women, Englishwoman→Englishwomen, Frenchwoman→Frenchwomen。以及其它一些以man / woman 结尾的词。如 policeman, postman, milkman, statesman等。（例外：German, human加s）
(2) oo → ee 如 foot→feet, tooth→teeth, goose→geese.
(3) 特殊：child→children, mouse→mice.
(4) 单复数同形：Chinese, Japanese / sheep, deer, fish / yuan, jin, mu 等。如 a sheep→
two sheep
(5) 有关某国人的复数：中日不变（即单复数同形），英法a变e（即a→e），其它加s。
(如 American→Americans）
