摘要：随着国际分工的日益深化和产业结构的迅速调整,第三产业日益发展壮大.而国际服务贸易异军突起,在各国国民经济中所占比重不断提高,其发展迅速超过了国际货物贸易，已与国际货物贸易、技术贸易形成三足鼎立之势。可以说,发展国际服务贸易并实现其自由化,将是21世纪国际经济合作的最重要内容之一.在当前我国已经加入世贸组织这个大背景下，顺应服务贸易自由化趋势,全面开放我国服务市场,是我国入世的重要承诺,也是我国实现现代化的战略选择。目前我国服务贸易国际竞争力较弱,今后发展的关键是提高整个服务业的国际竞争力。研究我国服务贸易的发展现状并进行国际比较,在此基础上按WTO服务贸易规则建立服务市场、扩大我国服务出口,对于加速我国服务贸易发展具有重要的现实意义。
