1、刀削面

山西的刀削面有很多种吃法,其实是调料(俗称“浇头“或者”调)比较多啦,有番茄酱、肉炸酱、羊肉汤、金针菇木耳鸡蛋打卤等等很多花样。吃的时候配上应时鲜菜,黄瓜丝、韭菜花、绿豆芽、煮黄豆、蒜末、辣椒油,再来点老陈醋可,呲溜一口,十分美味。

2、剪刀面

剪刀面又名剪鱼子,因为制面工具是剪刀而出名。剪出来的面条形状酷似一条鱼所以起名为剪刀鱼,不知道吃什么的时候可以来一份剪刀面,形状可爱味道可口价格可亲。
