润滑油金属清净剂是内燃机油不可缺少的一类主要添加剂。磺酸盐是国内外润滑油添加剂中用量最大品种之一,高档内燃机油采用的磺酸盐一般是磺酸钙和磺酸镁。而髙碱值合成磺酸钙添加剂具有优异的酸中和能力和较好的高温清净性,是内燃机油中必不可少的添加剂。
本论文以烷基苯磺酸、氢氧化钙、氧化钙和二氧化碳为原料,甲苯为溶剂,甲醇为促进剂,采用多步碳酸化法,制备髙碱值烷基苯磺酸钙。通过正交实验对髙碱值烷基苯磺酸钙合成方法进行研究,考察了四种不同产地的磺酸原料对中性盐、T105(300)、T106(300)的影响,并研究了国内磺酸与国外磺酸不同配比、原料水的用量、二氧化碳通入速率、不同溶剂对合成髙碱值磺酸钙的影响。
