鲁克沁超深稠油螺杆泵提液采油技术应用

摘要：本文针对鲁克沁油田超深稠油油藏的特点，在系统认真分析前期井筒举升工艺的基础上，采用螺杆泵配套环空掺稀降粘井筒举升工艺，首次成功应用螺杆泵将稠油举升到地面，达到了提高产量、节能降耗的目的，同时油井检泵周期大幅延长，维护成本及劳动强度大幅减少，创造了巨大的经济效益及社会效益，该技术为稠油规模开发油井提液携砂采油提供了技术与实施依据，具有广阔的推广应用前景。
