Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Li Hua. I am writing to talk about the service industry in our town.
The other day, I bought an English dictionary from the abc book store. However, it was a pity that there were some quality problems in the book I bought. I went back, told one of the assistants in the book store about the problem and asked politely what I should do. To my astonishment, the assistant said rudely that they had no responsibility in damage books.
I felt extremely sorry about the assistant's bad attitude and that gave me bad impression of the service industry in our town. In fact, I sincerely advocate that we should improve the quality in our services and people treat each other in better manners. Then, life in our town can be much more enjoyable.

Dear editor ,
Now I'm writing to make a complaint about my experience in abc bookstore ,which I can't bear anymore .
Last weekend ,I went to abc bookstore for an english dictionary .As it was wrapped up ,I didn't check it carefully at first ,To my surprise ,I found a few pages missing after payment .
Given that ,I asked to change a new one .However ,the sales assistant refused in a cold air .
No matter what I said , he kept indifferent .
As for as I'm concerned ,it's high time that they should improve their service .After all ,service industry is an important sector for the public .If they don't focus on service quality ,they will have fewer and fewer customers
