Facility for manual transfer of load from inverter to bypass Manual bypass switch of rated UPS output current and 25KA fault level.
Insulation level - 2.5 kV
Isolation transformer on input side with class H insulation
Output Voltage - 230V, AC, 50 Hz. 1%
Control – Servo controller with necessary electronics and protection gear.
Surge suppressor at output – To be provided with suitable for 50 kA surge current, continuously rated with status indicators.
10.5 UPS DISTRIBUTION BOARD
Suitable UPS distribution board with sufficient feeders to supply individual DCS/ PLC panels, Remote I/O Panels, Terminal servers, Workstations, Engineering station etc., located in control room and various MCC rooms.
In addition to the above, 10 Nos. instrument supply feeders at 240V 50 Hz through 2 Amps MCBs shall be considered.
20% spare supply feeders shall be considered for future use.
Distribution of UPS power supply to individual consumers located in particular area / location shall be considered within the respective DCS/ PLC / Remote I/O Panel, considering one UPS incoming power supply from the UPS distribution board. 2 Nos. 6A DP MCBs shall be provided as spare for each RIO.
