Good afternoon ladies and gentleman, we are very honoured to participate the economy and trade talk at the Embassy of Ethiopia in United States this afternoon. It is well-known that China is an Ancient Civilizations with a history of 5000 years, and also Ethiopia is one of the ancient civilizations of Africa and the world. China and Ethiopia have been associated with each other for many years. Especially for the recent several years, more cooperation opportunities for the development on economy and trade between China and Ethiopia is made broadly owing to China's rising. The cooperation on economy and trade of the two countries is expanding constantly. The cooperation on the fields of mineral industry, agriculture, water power, infrastructure and financing have been enhancing gradually. Besides, we can see a bright prospection the cooperation and enormous developing space in the fields of textile, education, clothing and leather making.

Good afternoon! We are honoured to participate the trade talks. As is known to all, China is an ancient country with a history of 5000 thousand years and Ethiopia is also one of the most ancient countries in Africa and the world at large. The friendly communications and exchanges between us are of long standing， and the recent years have witnessed more opportunities for the economic and trade cooperations between the two countries, which arise from China's rapid development of economy, and these cooperationsas are indeed expanded. This has been well demonstrated in the strengthening cooperation in such fields as mining, agriculture, hydro-power, infrastructure and financing, and in the vast prospects of collaboration in textile, clothing and leather manufacturing industries as well as education.
