华硕 P5VD2-MX这个主板是威盛VIA P4M890/VIA VT8主板芯片组,支持65纳米的处理器,换一个奔腾双核E2200就可以,内存再增加一个1G的二代内存,如果是玩游戏的话,增加一个独立显卡,像GT240,HD5750这样的就可以。 这样就很完美啦。本回答被提问者和网友采纳

65纳米的E2140 E2160 E2180 E2200,这些已经停产了,只能买到二手的。
如果主板刷bios还能支持45纳米的话,推荐赛扬E3400,265元或奔腾E5XXX,400左右,E5XXX比E3XXX二级缓存多1M,内存最好升级到2G,你主板只支持ddr2 533,你可以买根1G的二手ddr2 667,淘宝价格60左右或新的2G ddr2 800

你的是长城品牌机吧。 别换双核了 主板的内存频率最高才支持533.加内存的话也没有多少提升。
双核的话主板发挥不了整体性能。 主板太烂。加HD2600显卡。 还发挥不了全部性能。
不过加了显卡玩游戏爽的多。 要玩游戏和看电影的话建议加块独立显卡, 7300GT、7600GS 都可以。
