音质很差是相对D802 ？还是音质出了问题？这是两个性质的问题了.
1.如果你是对比D802的音质来做比较，而觉得它的音质不好，那就并非是它本身的问题了. 因为它的音质有可能就是这个水平的. 这我们是不能为你更换的.
2.如果sz80本身有问题，这就是我们的过错了； 你可以退回来给我们，我们重新给你寄一台。
3.如果退回来的sz80经过我们的测试并没有问题的话，那再次寄回给你的邮费是得你出的.
如果有问题邮费自然是我们出了，还会退还10美元给你当邮费的.
