我给大家讲一个小故事，是我在工作第二年去澳大利亚的时候，带了一个千岁团。这个团里的团员年龄比较大，加在一起的岁数超过了一千岁，所以叫千岁团。我们的行程经过两次转机，到悉尼机场的时候已经是早上了，大家很疲倦。按照规定我们要办海关出境、入境手续。当我们去取行李时，突然发现行李传送带上什么东西都没有，大家就非常着急。然后我就去问询处，结果人已经到了澳大利亚，可行李还在北京的国际机场。面临以后10天的旅游行程，怎么玩呢？不能洗漱，不能换衣服还有很多的问题。作为领队，首先是不能让客人着急，既来之则安之，安抚大家的情绪后，我马上找当地的领队把我们这些千岁，老爷爷，老奶奶扶上车带回酒店去休息，我就先去问询处。经过检索，发现在两个小时以后，有一个航班能够飞过来。为解决暂时的困难，这个航空公司按规定，除了解决行李的运输问题，还免费提供一些应急的设备，分发每人一个小洗漱包。我到了酒店以后，带了千岁团，先逛了最大的一个超市，买了一些衣服。所以当时老外觉得很奇怪，中国团队到这儿没有旅游，先去了商场购物，这是一个非常有意思的事情。这件事处理的非常圆满，他们也很开心，我们还成了好朋友。
