not后不论什么时态后面的动词都要加ing吗？

1、not 只是否定词，对动词的功用进行否定，与时态无关，必要时尚需与助动词搭配使用。
She doesn't love speaking a lot in front of the public.
2、不过，在现在、过去进行时的否定式句型里，not 后动词的确都有加 ing，但与 not 的出现与否无关，只与时态有关。
She is speaking an old story to these children.
She is not speaking an old story to those children.
