本文以上海海事大学就业指导教师的现状作为切入点,分析上海海事大学就业指导教师的现状及存在的问题,并针对问题存在的背后原因进行深入研究,发现上海海事大学就业指导教师的招聘及培训存在有待进一步改进的地方。
上海海事大学专职就业指导教师的数量远不能满足毕业生的需要,解决师资数量问题,重在招聘。招聘必须制定规范的流程,明确招聘的考量要素,以甄选到适合的人选。另外,现任的就业指导教师大部分是辅导员兼任或者毕业留校,没有接受过专业的训练,缺乏应有的职业素养,要提高就业指导教师的综合素质,关键在于培训。培训业必须制定规范的流程,拓宽培训的途径、丰富培训的方法,使得就业指导教师们通过培训能掌握基础的知识和必要的技能,更好地投身就业服务工作。

In addition, most of the present career guidance teachers are concurrently serving as instructors or stay-back graduates who have no professionalism due to lack of professional trainings. The key to enhance the comprehensive qualities of career guidance teachers is training. In order to let them master the basic knowledge and the essential skills, standard procedures for training must be formulated, training approaches be broadened and training methods be enriched, so that they can perform better in their services.
It is hoped that the recruiting and training strategies for career guidance teachers provided by the research and analysis of this paper, not only can it serve as a reference for Shanghai Maritime University, but also for the recruiting and training of career guidance teachers by various other schools of higher learning.
