in our daily life , in order to live a healthy life ,we should eat healthy food and some more fruit. besides , we should do some exercise to build up. remember ,we should not just eat . doing sports is also important. To be healthy , we had better balance the food we eat . DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH.

with the society developing so fast,we seldom care about our heacanlth。Instead,we ignore them and gradally our health condition is getting worse and worse。Measures should be taken to improve our health in order to live a happy life.we had better have get up early and go to bed early so that we could have a clear mind the following day.Had better not eat too much junk food.
