手欠，打开了附件，之后打开多个窗口，开始菜单空白，桌面也一片空白。怎么办？
我也收到了！！！

不过我下载了附件没有立即打开，扫描了一下发现2个木马！！果断删除之。你应该是中了木马了。。。最保险就是重装系统
