Everyone wants to have a good health, then how to keep heathy? This is a good question, and today I am going to tell you how to keep healthy.
First, you shuld get up early in the moring and go to bed early too. Second, you should do more exercise, this will help you to become strong. Third, you should eat more vegetables. Above all are good habits, they are good for your health, but the followings are bad habits, you mustn't do it. Don't keep long fingemails. Don't stay up late. Don't eat hot food. Don't go to school without breakfast.
If you keep the above suggestions, you can keep healthy.

It's very important for us to keep healthy because we nearly can do nothing without good health. There are several ways of keeping healthy.
First,I think doing enough exercise can help us keep healthy. Second, we should balance our diet. We'd better eat more fruit and vegetbles. Don't eat too hot food because it's bad for our health. Third, it's very important to have enough sleep,we shouldn't stay up too late.we should get up early and go to bed early. Fourth, we should have good moring every day,we'd better go to school with breakfast. Last but not least, don't keep long fingermails.
