AMDFSR2.1如何优化“鬼影”问题并实现跨平台支持?

如题所述

AMD has recently introduced an updated version 2.1 of its FidelityFX upscaling technology, known as FSR. Compared to version 2.0, FSR 2.1 offers significant improvements in algorithmic optimization and compatibility. This technology does not require specific hardware support and is cross-platform compatible, allowing users on competitor graphics cards and console platforms to experience notable improvements in image quality and performance. FSR 2.1 focuses on resolving the "ghosting" issue, particularly in scenarios where motion vectors result in misalignments between geometric shapes and pixel colors. By enhancing the occlusion logic and detecting smaller depth separation areas more finely, it effectively reduces screen tearing artifacts. Additionally, it raises the quality of partial scaling outputs to full precision calculations, thereby enhancing overall color range and temporal stability. In terms of bug fixes, FSR 2.1 has optimized the visual effects of dynamic textures, sparks, and smoke particles, ensuring a smoother gaming experience. Currently, 20 games support FSR 2.0, with 25 more games in the process of adaptation. Upgrading to FSR 2.1 is straightforward as the core API remains unchanged, and plugins for compatibility with Unreal Engine versions 4.26, 4.27, and 5.0 are provided. As an open-source technology, FSR 2.1 makes it easier to integrate into games and simulators supporting DLSS 2.0. For instance, Farming Simulator 22 has already implemented FSR 2.1 in its 1.7.1 update. In summary, FSR 2.1 is a significant iteration by AMD that brings higher-quality gaming visuals to users, broader platform compatibility, and more customization and optimization options.
