The Imperial Palace(Palace Museum应该也可以，但这边毕竟不是故宫博物院的意思所以用这个更好些) used to be the habitation of Chinese rulers(别误会成尺子...这里是统治者...leader也可以但是有点现代化了) in ancient times.
