In view of a severe event happened suddenly in the company, GM asked us to cancel all the itineraries and remain in the country, new arrangement could be made after the problem had been resolved. It's regretable that I could not join them to experience these hotels; hopefully in later date, I can use your services on my personal holidays.

Due to the major change in our company recently, our general manager demanded us to cancel all trips and stay in domestic as to rearrange our plans. I'm so sorry that I couldn't experience these hotels with them, and I hope that I can enjoy your services when I'm on vacation a few days later.

In respending to the severe accident, the general mamager require to cancel all schedules and stay in the country till the problem solved. I am sorry that I couldn't go with them to experience these hotels, and I hope that I could enjoy your services when I am on vocation.追问
