4.公共信息管理:相关新闻、文档、员工论坛、资料下载等功能。
5.日程任务管理:可以为用户提供日常工作中的约见、会议、工作任务等日程事务的记录和提醒功能
6.邮件管理: 邮件管理主要功能是发送与接受内部邮件,发送与接受外部邮件。
7.会议管理:会议以及会议室的安排,及时公布会议通知。
8.系统管理:系统管理员对数据库和用户进行管理,如设置用户,分配权限、职能、人员信息表,统计重要数据等。
9.公告管理:部门公告主要是为用户单位的内部部门提供了信息发布和管理的平台,用于发布机构内部的消息通知、情报通知、公告、规章制度、员工守则、工作安排等信息,供企业或单位内部所有人员进行查阅和学习。
项目基于J2EE平台,B/S模式开发。采用三大主流框架。
1.显示层使用JS进行数据验证、使用AJAX实现异步提交、使用JSTL标签显示相关数据。
2.Web层使用Struts 框架,使用Spring来管理所有的Action。
3.DAO层使用Spring提供的Hibernate模板和Hibernate API访问持久层,达到进一步解耦。

主要负责文档管理模块的代码编写;同时参与前期部分需求文档的分析和数据库的设计。

该系统为中小型企业开发,目的是用于选拔、配置、开发、考核和培养公司所需的各类人才,制订并实施各项薪酬福利政策及员工职业生涯计划,调动员工积极性,激发员工潜能,以达到公司持续长久发展的目的。

项目基于J2EE平台,B/S模式开发。采用基于JSP,JavaBean ,Servlet 的MVC设计模式进行开发,使用的技术/组件有Ajax、iReport、POI、Dom4j等等。
主要负责薪酬管理模块、合同管理模块、欢迎页面的代码编写;同时参与后期的部分测试工作。
