外贸大虾们，鉴定下这个是不是贸易骗子（无需翻译）

We thanks for your email concerning payment term in the business and we do appreciate your immediate response in our business we are about to establish between our two Companies.

Before we proceed in our business relationship we would like to clarify the payment term once and for all because as you know payment is the major key-point of business most especially in International transactions of this kind and once we have clarified the point there will be no any problem whatsoever between our two companies and we will be able to have a tie to time business together.

Regarding the payment term, for your information, due to the difficulties confronting us we are sorry, it is not possible to arrange for any advance T/T deposit and reason of this, is due to the present government of Nigeria directives.

Furthermore, it is not possible to open L/C because, if we base our business transaction on L/C at sight, frankly speaking, for a whole year it will hard to make a transaction and this is due to long process and also bidding from the Central Bank of Nigeria. When we apply for the opening of L/C, we need to first make a bidding, mean they will treat the issue one before another, even for the next six (6) months it may not reach our turn and this is why people do not interest to make any transaction based on L/C and we assure you that in Nigeria of today, no any company (importers) interested to open an L/C in favour of their suppliers and this is due to the long processing.

To be sincere, the most preferable terms of payment in based on 100% D/P at sight through our bank in Nigeria and it is the most guarantee of payment.

For an example, when you effect shipment of goods to us by D/P term of payment, all original shipping documents should be submitted to your bank in China and through your bank, the documents will be forwarded to our bank in Nigeria. As soon as the documents arrive our bank, they will call our attention for the payment of your Bills amount even, before the documents could be released to us. And immediately we make the payment, the full founds will be transfer to your bank account in China by T/T within 72 hours, please be rest assured of that.

Means, the transaction is bank to bank, both your banker and our banker will be our intermediary (third party) and they will be monitoring the transaction untill you receive the full payment in your account in China.

For the best interest of our two companies and also in order not to jeopardized our fruitful long term business relation, therefore, kindly consider our payment term by 100% D/P at sight through our bank in Nigeria so that we would be able to resume normal business on time.
