不在状态用英语怎么说?

不在状态用英语有两种表达方法：

be not oneself 

be out of form

短语：

我今天不在状态 I am not myself today

不在管制状态下 out of control

不在自动状态 Not In Auto Mode

不在最佳状态 Not at best
