如果有网友在西藏，最好此行要用上，既可以起到导游的作用也可以帮你节省很多宰客方面的开支，还可以保驾护航，虽然西藏很安全！
1，抗高原反应准备：从低山地区进藏，难免有一些不同程度的高原反应，但并不是很可怕的。抗高，首先心理准备特别重要，注意：是特别重要！我们老师进藏前我们一直在鼓励她莫怕，要坚信自己不会有很大反应，我们一路嘱咐，一路鼓励，结果老师和女儿都没有任何反应，她们也是从青藏铁路进藏的，靠的是自信！千万别一路提心吊胆，有些高原疾病是心理错觉抑制抵抗力，使免疫力骤减，产生反应的错觉，最后真的就病变了！
2，行程：西藏旅游路线繁多，什么南线北线的，但那是旅行团自定的。到了拉萨，第一天先别急于开游，而是好好休息，可以选择就近的市区景点比如大昭寺、小昭寺、扎基寺……但不要选哲蚌寺等山地类景点，因为爬山属于剧烈运动，低山肺不会立即适应的。可推至适应期过后的行程安排。可以选择与上述景点较近的旅馆，比如类似巴郎学旅馆（非广告，纯属个人看好），旅馆有藏式建筑和藏式套间，价格适中，藏族服务员，服务态度特好，关键是交通方便，又处于拉萨市旧城区，下榻后可以步行也可以在旅馆门口打人力三轮车，价格一般到小昭寺、大昭寺5元以下，最好别让运客方看出是外地人！那样会提价的，全国景点宰客哪儿都有。扎基寺可以等601、602中巴，2元一人，上去就说到扎基寺停一下啊！如果打的10元，不用打表！哲蚌寺打的打表，一般20元以下，直接到山上。色拉寺，有中巴502、501；上述中巴可在小昭寺北面的林廓路等的到。布达拉宫可从旅馆往西打三轮儿或者步行，也可以坐302中巴。布达拉宫门票曾一度达到300元，现在最低可能100元，如果有藏族朋友，你们可卸下旅行包，尽量入乡随俗打扮成本地人，随他手提几元钱的酥油等供品，尽量不要庸俗地穿一目了然的旅行服，这样可以用几块钱就进入目的地，这叫化装旅行！节省近几百元！其他地区的行程到了拉萨再按照个人时间个人状况个人爱好去定。
3，切忌买东西和搭车的时候穿得一目了然是旅行者，那样只会是挨宰的招牌，对于要付款的对象尽量装成本地人，具体方法：出行相机别太显眼，别背不必要的旅行包，可以换成手提包或者挎包，别戴太阳帽，尤其别戴那种日本鬼子帽般有披帘的防紫外帽。像平时在自己的城市那样穿着最好，如果能穿个低跟皮鞋或者高跟也可，尽量看起来不像旅行者你就挨宰得少。买东西的时候如果有本地朋友价格会骤减。
4，旅馆价格因生意而起伏，但标准间一般100元左右，也可以选择简易的便宜的。
5，在日喀则市打的，晚上八点前市区内一律5元，千万别多给！去扎寺坐三轮儿顶多4元，日喀则市物价相对全区要低！

2 从经济方面来讲,一般是六月底吧.那个时候刚进入旅游旺季.机票还是打了很大的折扣的,不过冬季也很好!就是太冷了.八月到十月最适合去林芝.
3 一个地方也就待一周时间吧!
4 拉萨:布达拉宫.大昭寺,小昭寺也不错,还有罗布林卡.如果去林芝的话.就是八一,秋天去林芝最好了,秋季最漂亮,如果你想看雪景的话,再过两个月你可以去西藏.可以去纳木错和羊卓雍错湖.那是西藏的圣湖!也可以去林芝和印度边界看一下!还有就是日喀则,山南也不错,哪里有很多动物类的中药.回来的时候可以去那曲.
5 不知道你是哪里的人,我是四川的,如果来回坐火车的话,硬座大约七百元,硬卧就是两千元吧!坐软卧就和坐飞机差不多,将近三千元!在拉萨每天的住宿费用大约是一百元,淡季是八十到一百,旺季就是一百二到三百吧!不过要看你住那种酒店,每天吃饭一个人大约要五十到六十远.消费是内地的一倍左右哦!如果是在八一的话那就另当别论了.八一是西藏消费最高的地方!八角街的纪念品比较便宜,他喊价二十元的东西,四元左右就可以买到!一定要狠狠的砍价!
6 防晒霜是必不可少的,还有在西藏是很容易缺水的所以保湿水是一定要带的,记得带点厚一点的衣服,西藏白天和晚上的温差很大,基本上一到晚上七点就有点冷了,早上九点以前也比较冷的,还有就是要注意高原反应,可以带一些高原反应的药,以备不时之需!在西藏的时候最好不要喝冷水和吃冷的东西,水果也少吃一点,不然很容易闹肚子的.
