是的，可以。不过something不能用someone，比如我跟他有很多共同之处。这句话只能用He and I have lots in common, 而不是I have him in common.

这种理解不对，短语have something/nothing in common (with sb ) （与某人）有/无共同之处，这里something不可以换成别的词汇，固定短语嘛。追问
那this one have some features in common with it，这句话不也能说得通吗
