股份权益在非上市和上市公司都存在，一般指的是因持有一家公司比较大的股份（通俗来讲，对大公司来说的话至少也得持有有个百分之几以上）从而对一家公司有实际影响力。股票一般只在上市公司有，上至大股东下至市场上的散户都算一家公司的股票持有者。不专业，但大致是这么个意思
