so that 和in order that区别

　　so that 和in order that区别主要是so  that 既可以引导目的状语从句，又可以引导结果状语从句；而in  order  that 只能引导目的状语从句，此时可以和so  that 互换。例如：

We started early so that we could catch the first train.

He studies hard so that he could work better in the future.

We used the computer in order that we might save time.

Jack is badly ill so that he has to rest.        (结果状语从句)
