在这种情况时, 不用说sorry, 除非你真有什么事需要对对方说对不起。你询问对方是正常的业务, 所以要直截了当:
Dear xxx,
Please let me know whether you've received the order I sent to you last week. In addition, I'm pleased to let you know that we have received the customers' orders.

如果要客气点的话:
I hope you don't mind I trouble you again. 再加上述句子。
