社会治安视频监控在盗窃案件防控中的作用分析
随着社会的进步，经济的快速发展和技术的突飞猛进，社会治安视频监控更为广泛的被应用在各行业领域，特别是在公安领域。而如何深度挖掘并充分发挥社会治安动态视频监控系统作用与价值是如今公安机关面临的难题。目前，社会治安视频监控系统在盗窃案件预防中起到提高违法犯罪的风险、成本，降低违法犯罪收益等作用；在侦破中，视频监控可以预先控制、破获预谋盗窃案件，快速反应、抓获现行盗窃案件，案后速控、动态追踪目标，回溯查明、寻找认定嫌疑，分析研判、实现案件串并。但是，在视频监控系统快速发展的进程中，其建设也存在一些问题，如视频监控布建不合理，技术水平落后，数据运用效率低，社会治安视频监控技战法运用不足。本文结合一线公安工作实例针对社会治安视频监控系统存在的问题，对如何利用视频监控提出一些技战法。这些技战法同时也说明社会治安视频监控对盗窃案件预防有着十分重要的作用。

In this paper the line of work in the social security video surveillance system, and puts forward some tactics on how to use the video surveillance technology. The technical tactics at the same time that the social security video surveillance and prevention of theft cases plays a very important role.
