20世纪90年代以来,频繁发生的金融危机使得金融监管成为世界各国关注的重大热点话题。金融监管存在多种模式，没有最佳模式。一国金融监管采取何种制度取决于政治、经济、金融和立法的历史背景。随着经济的不断开放，我国的金融监管应吸取各国的经验教训不断改革和完善。本文比较各主要经济大国金融监管制度的特点和发展趋势，分析我国金融监管体制的现状及问题，并结合当代金融危机背景，借鉴各国经验教训，提出有利于发展和完善我国金融监管体制的若干建议。
