你这么说就好理解了。这里为什么要用被动呢？ 为什么非得 被计划？我主动计划不行吗？这个衣服是什么牌子的？ what make are the coat？ 为什么。这个不符合。套用公式？make应该放在are后面啊？那个公式是错误的？

主动计划就要变句式了，主语不能再是没有行为能力的visits，而是要变成人，比如：
what visits do you plan for this term? 其中what visits变为you plan的宾语。
至于what make are the coat? 其中主语是coat，what make作为宾语，疑问句衣服是什么材质/品牌的？
和上一句是不以言高的句式，只是看起来像啊。
