interesting 表示使别人感兴趣，interested 表示某人自己本身感兴趣。如：
The film is very interesting, so we are interested in it. 这个电影很有趣，所以我们都对它感兴趣。
interesting 不一定都指物，interested 一定指人。如：
Our Chinese teacher is very interesting. 我们语文教师很有趣。
I read an interested look on his face. 我看到他脸上露出一种感兴趣的表情。
