1.whereas 是一个连词（可连接两个句子）， however 是一个副词（不可连接两个句子，要有一个句号或者分号）
2. By considering that there are millions a of gallons of freshwater underground, Florida environmentalists work to educate the public on the dangers of ground pollution.（去掉 by 也可以，because那句就更简洁了）
3.and后面应该要是一个句子。但是whereby是副词（和where一样），后面接从句，所以and后面就连的是一个大从句而不是一个句子。
4.我不知道什么是非限制性定语从句，不好意思。但我可以告诉你。
S V O1 O2, which V O. which可以指代O1， O2的任意一个
S V O1 O2 which V O. which只能指代 O2
关键看有没有逗号。

语法题只有两个原则：简洁清晰,符合modren standard English.
没有其它的原则了。
没时间一个一个答，就说第一个。第一句话uncertain bla bla bla 是个fragment, 至少应该是“Being uncertain how XXXXX...", sat改句子中，以because+句子 这种结构为最优。
