信息和生源的不断扩大，纯粹的手工管理已经不能满足当前的状态，学籍管理系统软件为教学办公室带来了极大的方便，能够为用户提供充足的信息和便捷的查询。学籍管理系统式是典型的信息管理系统，开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前台应用程序的开发两个方面，对于数据库的建立，我们要保证数据库的完整性，一致性，安全性，而前台的开发，我们要本着功能完善，易于使用的原则。
经过查询资料分析，我们使用Microsoft公司的Visual studio 2005开发工具，数据库使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005，利用所提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，在短时间内建立系统应用原型，再不断地改进与完善，实现学籍管理的便捷性，解决管理人员的低效率问题。
