如果是的话是 put on the light 还是 put the light on?
关灯是put off吧？用法和上面是不是相同？
turn on是正确的.
如果是和具体的名词放在一起,如the light/the TV等可以放在中间,也可以放在后面;如果是代词,如it/them等,则必须置于后面.

开灯是turn on
关灯是turn off
如；Can you turn on the light, it's dark here.
put on是穿上（衣服)的意思
put off是脱下（衣服）的意思
如：It's cold outside,please put on your clothes.
关灯是turn off
