For my own part i find that the essrntial factors of being successful in a job interview can be summarized as three parts . First of all ,giving the employer a great impression is one of the most important things .so in this part ,your appreance and way of communication may become the judgement of you .you ought to wear the formal clothes to show your emphasis on the interview and be flexible to answer the question asked. Secondly is to show the reasons and your abilities to get this posision.Then the professional knowledge and the personal ability can support you to close to the success. Finally,is the equally important thing just to be confidence without too much hesitations .To show yourself naturally ,to show your abilities confidently ,to show your decision firmly.
