目的:
观察小鼠胸腺及脾细胞受照后p21基因表达的剂量效应关系。
方法:
用0.5、1、2、4、6 Gy X射线照射小鼠胸腺细胞及脾细胞,在照射后4 h和24 h,用实时定量PCR法对p21基因的表达变化进行检测,并用骨髓嗜多染网织红细胞微核检测做对比。
结果:

结论:
对量效实验结果进行线性关系拟合, p21基因的剂量效应关系在其所研究的时间点有较理想的线性关系,得到较高的r值(r>0.98)和较小的P值(P<0.005),具备了作为电离辐射生物标志物的条件。

Objective:

Method:
