在世界经济全球化浪潮高涨、中国经济体制改革逐步深化的国内外环境下，经济法的地位和作用日益凸显。尤其在面对当今经济危机席卷全球这一严峻形势时，经济法作为弥补市场失灵及纠正政府失败之法，有必要提升其内在理念，以完善经济立法，引导市场经济的良性发展。基于此，本文试就经济法理念的内容、特征、定位、要旨及功能等问题做出分析，深入探讨经济法以“社会本位”作为其核心理念，论述其以维护社会整体利益及实现实质公正为要旨，从而展示经济法理性认知上的本质及经济法内蕴的主旨和精神，在为经济法的理论完善添砖加瓦的同时，对其法律实践提供一点精神指导。

In the world economy globalization and China's economic system reform of domestic environment gradually deepened, economic status and role of increasingly prominent.
