摘要 为了更好的看清当今世界经济形势，应对金融危机，本文对此次金融危机是怎么形成和形成的原因进行了分析，并通过2007年和2008年贸易数据的对比得出结论。初步分析金融危机对浙江中小企业的影响的情况和程度，中小企业的现状如何、有什么困难，以及对浙江几个主要城市的影响，企业对此次危机是如何应对的、有什么举措。而对于政府部门在面对金融危机这一特殊时期，又有什么积极应对的措施或经济刺激案等一系列的问题作了初步的分析。

In order to understand the current world economic situation better, to solve the financial crisis, this article is on analysising how the financial crisis causes and it's formation .I made a comparison on the trade data between 2007 and 2008 to made this conclusion .Analysising the financial crisis on the impact of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province and the extent of the current situation of SMEs preliminary , their difficulties, as well as several major cities in Zhejiang, the impact of business-to-be how to deal with the crisis, and what did it initiative. As for the government departments in the face of the financial crisis in this particular period, a positive response to what measures or economic incentives, such as a series of problems which made a preliminary analysis.
