Having a banland diet is very important for everybody to keep in heaith .So there are some advice to have it .First ,don,t eat fast food too often .Seconed ,have 3 or 4 meal everyday .Third ,drink more then 8 cup of water everyday .Doing sport is important to keep healthy too .So doing some sports you like is necessary.If you do follow those ,you can have a healthy body .
