46A: Documents Required
1. beneficiary mustsend one set non-negotiable document by dhl courier service to the creditopener within 10 days after shipment original Dhl courier receipt andbeneficary’s certificate to this effect to accompany the documents foirnegotation.
2. BILLSOF LADING MUST SHOW THE NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE AND FAXNUMBER OFSHIPPING COMPANY/AGENT AT THE PORT OF DESTINATION.
3. ORIGINALclean INSPECTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED AND MANUALLY SIGNED by THE AUTHORISEDSIGNATORIESOF THEAPPLICANTWHOSESIGNATURE(S) MUST BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE RECORDHELD IN THE ISSUING BANK FILE AND MUST BE VERIFIED by the l/c issuing bank beforePResentED TO PRESENTing/negotiating bank showing quantity and value of goodsshipped. such inspection certificate must carry a notation of signatureverification by l/c issuing bank.
4. invoice amountexceeding this credit amount in not acceptiable.
5. charter partyb/l, stale b/l and short from blank back, non negotiable seaway bills of ladingARE unacceptiable.
6. the doods canonly be delivered at destination port on submission of full sets (3/3) oforiginal bill of lading. shipping company’s certificate to this effectrequired.
INSURANCE policy/CERTIFICATE in duplicate, blank endorsed for 110 percent of goodsvalue with claims payable in hong kong in thecurrency of the credit covering institute strikers clauses/srcc (cargo)

超过信用证金额的发票金额不予接受
不接受租船提单、过期提单、简式/背面空白提单以及不可转让的海运提单
