Hope this letter finds you well. I just write to complain my stay at your hotel from 14th till 15th January.
The first one I complain is the shower. The shower is too cold. I tried to turn on the hot water tap, but there was no hot water coming out. The second is the dirty room. The room was so dirty. I found hairs on the bed, dust on the desk and the shower towel was so dirty! It really dissatisfied me. I was so unhappy with this hotel. The last thing is the holtel closed too early. It was 10 o'clock that night, I was about to go out, but the gate was closed. The waitress told that this hotel close at 10. It really suprised me. I never seen a hotel closed so early.
I write to complain so that you can change, and I really appreciate that if you can refund me half of the money I paid to reduce my unhappiness.
