don't just play the hand you're dealt...wear it.

这是一句美国“俗语”,通常表达为you have to play the hand you're dealt.

the hand是deal的宾语。
例:he shuffles and deals the cards 他洗牌后发了牌。

play the hand(that)you are dealt.
在从句“that you are dealt”中,deal是谓语,that(代the hand)是宾语,两者间关系为被动

He gave her some money.即 He gave some money to her.
Some money was given to her by him.
She was given some money by him.
省掉by him:
She was given some money.

这里be given后面就是名词some money.

Sb, deal you the hand.某人给你发牌——>You are dealt the hand by sb.
所以,the hand (that) you are dealt 就是”你被发到的牌“。

Don't just play the hand you're dealt...wear it.

You may have to play the hand you're dealt , but you can play it with clever resolve.
deal:
D~ the cards.
b. 发<纸牌>给<某人><out>;
发<纸牌>给[某人]<out>[to]
He dealt each
player four cards. = He dealt four cards to each player.

确实 the hand you're dealt =the hand of cards that you're deat.

You play the hand you're dealt, and you play it to the best of your abllity. The rest is irrelevant. What is the mean of "you play the hand you're dealt"?
答1:It would be best if you could provide some more context to be sure - but I suspect that this is a metaphorical reference to a game of cards where you have no choice over which cards you receive (you are dealt a "hand" of cards), you must simply try to play the game as best you can with those cards.
答:2. To play the hand your are dealt means to not complain about not having an optimal situation but to just deal with things as they are and make the best of it that you can

Don’t Just Play The Hand You’re Dealt…Wear It
Posted by Kimba Kay inEntertainment, Fashion, Hair, MakeupApril 12, 2012
The college I attend was supposed to have this awesome runway show called “Project Runway IRSC”. Students who wanted to participate had to pick a model to style their hair, makeup, outfit, and even pick a song for them to walk to. I was super excited because my long-term goal is working backstage at fashion shows. Apparently I was the only one who was excited because the day of, I was the only one who showed up prepared and with a model….what the heck guys? I still got my extra credit, but I was a little let down that I didn’t get to show out. I put a lot of thought behind this, and learned to sew in the process.I bought a black pencil skirt at Charlotte Russe for $20. I sewed the bottom of an old red tutu I got from Hot Topic to the bottom of the black skirt.
After I had the tutu sewed on I went out and bought some red yarn and a new deck of playing cards, so I could sew some of the face cards onto the skirt. Ironically enough when I opened the deck there was card advertising for “poker” clothes. The card said “Don’t just play the hand your dealt…wear it”. I thought, “This is perfect!”. It was meant to be.

Don't just play the hand you're dealt...wear it.
一个don't do sth. 一个do sth.
deal 是个双宾动词, deal sb. a hand of cards, 发给某人一手牌。
Alice gave Bob Cards.
Bob was given Cards.
Bob. 主语
was given 谓语。

语法:don't do sth
比如:don't look at me,perv!
Please have a seat here.
This way, please. = Go this way, please.
如:Be a good boy!
如:Let me help you.
如:Don't forget me!
Don't be late for school!
Don't let him go. / Let him not go.
如:No smoking! No fishing!
