My happiest day
Hello! My name is Alice (xuyang). Iâm a middle school student from Beijing, China.
My happiest day is a few month ago. On that day, I had some soybean milk and fried circle(ç¦å) for breakfast as usual .They are delicious all the time. Then I went to school bouncing and vivacious. Are you curious about why I was so exciting? Because the vice-general director of Changâe1 project was coming to our school for a report about how the satellite Changâe 1 made and how it goes around the moon. My classmates and I were very interested about it since the satellite had sent to the moon on October 24th 2007. The director told us many things about the satellite, such as itâs studied and made by Chinese scientists. After his report, we asked questions. Our school has thousands of students and almost everyone put up their hands. But that director chose me first. How fortunate I was! I asked about the names of the songs it had carried to the moon. He answered me comprehensive. And he told me that the famous song Sing for our Motherland will be received to the ceremony of 2008 Chinese New Year. The sign was sent by the satellite Change1. It is really a fantastic experience to me.
In the afternoon we had class especially Science. We talked about the satellite and our countryâs ability with our classmates all the afternoon.
In the evening, my uncle invited my family to go to KTV (karaoke) for singing songs. My favourite pop singer is Jay Chou. His songs are excellent! His music covers many types of style. And he likes Chinese culture very much.He is not only a successful pop singer with too many fans but also a responsible and kind person. I really want to be a person like himâbe succeeding in my major, and many people like my character as well.
That's my happiest day.
