2.认为 consider sb/sth to be...
consider sb/sth as...(as后可以跟n,pron,v-ing,adj等,as还可以省略)
consider it +adj/n+that-clause(it是形式宾语,that从句才是真正的宾语)
故be considered as/to be...
1) They consider modern buildings (as) cold and unfriendly.
2)Modern buildings are considered (as) cold and unfriendly.
3)She said the symbolic award would be considered (as/to be) a severe provocation by
all Chinese people, including Tibetans.
她说,这个具有象征意义的奖励会被包括藏人在内的全体中国人民认为是严重挑衅。
