请问:be willing to do sth乐意做某事 be ready to do sth 也可以表达 "乐意做某事"吗? 两者在这个意思上可以等同吗?

be ready to do sth.意思是准备好做某事.这和be willing to do sth.在意思上不一样.
I'm ready to go.我准备好出发了.
I'm willing to help him.我愿意帮助他.
