摘要：油田开发后期，注采不平衡矛盾加剧，热采单元只采不注、注聚干粉用清水配置母液，导致剩余污水问题突出，已成为制约油田开发的重要因素。因此，在孤四污进行了“溶气气浮+双滤”预处理、“超滤+反渗透”双膜技术试验，在孤三污进行了超声波高级氧化（AOP）技术试验，有针对性的降低离子含量及矿化度，使最终出水配聚粘度高于清水配聚指标，进而实现污水代替清水配聚合物母液的目的。
