然后改证附上了sales confirmation。
改证上写：we send you herewith by special courier: sales confirmation no PS201399 being an integral part of the above mentioned documentary credit.
please acknowledge receipt of the documents.
但是sales confirmation上的buyer跟信用证上的applicant 有差别，buyer写法如下：

发票、清单、form A的收货人应该按哪个写？

信用证写的很明白，applicant: ETS EDELWEISS CHEMIN DE LA JUSTICE 59330 HAUTMONT FRANCE——这就是开证申请人，也就是受益人提交发票等单据的上的收货人。
而description of goods and/or services: 45A decorative items according to s/c nr PS201399 which forms integral part of this credit.——这是货描，这是要写在发票上的内容，即信用证规定货描要按照这个合同上的货描写——这里并没有另外要求按照合同的买方作为收货人的意思。即发票的收货人与合同上的收货人没有直接关系。
所以，发票、FORM A等单据上的收货人要写开证申请人。

2. 货描说合同作为信用证一部分，然后收到第一次改证附合同。但是buyer跟Applicant有些不同。
3. 那个证明要怎么写？ 我那样写行吗？
1、如果这是条款的全部内容，那么，这是要求受益人理解incoterms 2000 of icc paris i/o incoterms 2010的相关内容。
2、对于信用证而言buyer与Applicant可以不同——作为信用证项下的发票中的收货人，必须是开证申请人——除非信用证在46A或47A中另外有说明单据的收货人另为他人。
3、如果你们接受信用证的修改，可以这样写，但是欠妥：we confirm that our acceptance of all the amendments made under this credit, the relevant amendment is 1.——修改是序数，不能用1，而要用1st（first）、2nd等序数词来表述。
信用证申请人最好公司名称写全称，这样制单方便，不易与别的公司有冲突。
