Improve the Environment - Whose responsibility?
Nowadays, the environment is getting worse and worse. But some people don't think that they have the responsability to protect the environment. They say that they can do nothing about it. But others say that individuals can do a little things for the environment. In my opinion, I think that individuals' strength can converge to a large troop. But also, we need governments' help.
Environment problem is always a hot topic among us. Everyone wants a good environment for living, but nobody wants to do anything about it, they think that this is the governments' or large companies' responsibility. They're actually wrong because it is better to change themselves than to change others.
But something that individuals can't do, such as to raise funds, plant trees, ect.. At that time, large companies and governments can contribute its strength. Furthermore, Governments should lead the individuals to improve the environment. So somehow the governments and the large companies have a responsibility to do these big and important things.
For quite a long time, China's environment protection was lead by the governments and large companies, and the current trend grow with each passing day. The All-China Environment Federation and others organizations held a research. The report shows that, 97% publics do agree to put the environmental rate into the access system of the officials' achievements in his career. But the Public Environment Rates reported by the China Environment Culture Promotion Association shows that there's 68.05 points in hundred-marked system. In the two datas, It's not hard to see that public is focusing to the environment instead of doing something to improve the environment.
In Singapore, people use the plastic cups, bowls, and plates every day. They use only once. Then they dump them. So if everyone use less disposable things, the environment will be improve a lot.

We can plant trees and take good care of them. We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We can't throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling.
