I have been very sensitive to colours since my young age, later on I became fond of bright colours and simple black & white. When I was little I used to make little clothes for my dolls, it brought me great pleasure to dress them up. As I grew older I started learning to draw, in the hope to become a fashion designer. Jean Paul Gaultier is my favorite. He never stops to bring us pleasant surprises. It's very distinctive design brings together sexy feminineness and bold styles. I wish I could be like him.
In addition to Fashions, I also enjoy movies. "Das Parfum" and "Factory Girls" are among my favorites. I am fond of the culture of the sixties and seventies. The mini skirt, followed by hippie style, anti-fashiion & galm rock were the major trends in the late sixties, it represented the desire & mentality of the young generation then. Although my parents are no here with me, they have been very supportive and encouraging. They hope I can acheive better result in my study of fashion designing.
