向已经上过初中的人请教，相信自己，勇于尝试，不要害怕失败！应该调整学习的整个方法和态度，毕竟初中和小学是不一样的，确实会遇到作业很多之类的难题，作业多也不会太可怕的，适应了就好，我认为很多人上了初中成绩下滑是因为不敢面对！
面对繁重的学业，解压的方法有如下几个：
1、多做运动
每天都锻炼，为体育中考做准备，虽然很累，可是起码在这几时分钟的锻炼内放下功课，放下作业，让自己的头脑放松放松！(*^__^*)
放假的时候跟家人一起去爬爬山，游游泳。也是个不错的解压方法！
2、合理发泄，思想品德课本上貌似有
从早学到晚，有很多同学都会找个没人的地方，“斯斯文文”滴吼几声——
3、聊天
最轻松，最愉快的时候不就是跟朋友讨论自己感兴趣的东西咯！在聊天中，缓解压力。hoho

首先要跟老师说你要调换座位，因为如果长期这样的话，你不仅视力会下降，学习速度也会跟不上。 至于你说的同学不认识，不敢向老师提问，刚开学不久，这些问题是不可避免的，同学方面你要和他们找共同话题，聊的越多，彼此才会更熟悉，争取找一两个知心好友。老师呢，你也不要因为他罚了你而过意不去，你要是进步了，他也会替你高兴的。考试的话，你觉得自己尽力了，结果是自己预想到的就可以的，给自己定计划，不断地提升。

其实初中的知识一般不大难的，只要把书本看熟，问题问懂就行了 还有当然不要不好意思问老师题目 对于求知的学生老师是不会厌倦的
